Devit settled in his own seat as the lights dimmed, obviously eager in spite of trying to keep his cool. This was new and exciting, and the loud music and action on screen only heightened his anticipation.

"I wanna see that one," he said to Jasdero, who bobbed his head in agreement. They went on as each trailer played, commenting about this and that, and listing which movies would be worth seeing and which ones they could totally do a million times better but wanted to see, anyway. When the feature presentation was announced, they settled down again, Jasdero once more munching on popcorn.

Devit wanted something to snack on (it was obviously part of the movie-going experience!), but he didn't want anymore of that oily crap. After a sidelong glance in Shito's direction, he snaked his hand over the armrest, intent on grabbing the nuts.
